Tracy S. Steen was born in Red Bay, Alabama, on January 8, 1972. She received a Bachelor of Science from Mississippi College in 1995, and her Juris Doctorate from Cumberland School of Law of Samford University in 1998. She is admitted to practice in all state and federal courts in Mississippi. She is a member of the Mississippi Bar Association, Mississippi Bankruptcy Conference, and Mississippi Women Lawyers Association as well as the Hinds, Madison and Rankin County Bar Associations.
